An empty folder never stays empty..
Birthdays
What do your co-workers do for birthdays?
One of my favorite birthday treats that someone brought in was STINKY vegetables. The only reason people were coming over to see what the crowd was about was because they smelled the pre-packaged broccoli and dip that was permeating through the office.

Gazing into the folders...
I was swimming in papers today, so I decided it was time to organize. I felt so accomplished after, it depressed me how happy I was with organizing folders...

Fun break at work..
Paper football. The game is simple. Fold a piece of paper in the shape of a triangle. Find a table and simply flick it across to the other side. The object of the game is to have the paper stop on the edge, with a portion of the football hanging over the edge. This is considered a touchdown and then you can kick a field goal. Your opponent sets up his/her hands up like a field goal and you proceed to flick it through. This counts as an extra point.
There are many variations to the game, but it is a great game for a quick (or long) break at work. One of my favorites.
What kinds of games do you and your co-workers play in the office?

Team Building at Work..
Someone from HR overheard one of my friends talking about having a kickball game after work. She thought this would be a great idea and sent out a memo to the entire company asking if anyone would be interested in joining a kickball league.
Today we had a meeting about it and she asked us about suggestions or questions we had. The two questions I asked in the meeting were:
1. Do we supply the alcohol or is it provided by the company?
2. Is pegging allowed?
I can't wait for this.. What kinds of team building activities does your company have?
